On 1st Apríl 2010 a workshop - customer relationship management - was held in Log Centre of con4PAS.
The presentation was focused on the whole process of customer care – preparation of planning and marketing campaign, segmentation of target group, providing customer care through the contact centre.
The seminar included selected scenarios of SAP CRM oriented to customer relationship, especially in sale and marketing area.
Other Topics Of The Presentation Was Related To Sap Business Communication Management - The Possibilities Of Choice Of Target Group, Tools For Management And Administration Of Loyalty Programs, Connection And Integration Maintenance Of All Communication Channels, Analytic. Possibilities Of Analytic Solution Like Scoring And Prognosis Of Customer Behaviour Including Creation Of Analysis Were Mentioned In Topic Sap Business Object.
