The SAP solution - Contact Center (SAP CCtr / BCM) requires the installation of an important hotfix (Remote Admin applications certificate expires) and that before May 10, 2017.
We would like to point out an important hotfix (Remote Admin applications certificate expires) for the SAP Contact Center (SAP CCtr / BCM), which must be installed before May 10, 2017, even in test instances.
Without this fix, after 10 May 2017, there will be issues with the system administration that affects the System Configurator and the Infrastructure Administrator, that both run from the Remote Admin page.
