SIKO’s and con4PAS’s project “Deployment of the SAP Cloud for Customer solution” has been successful in the prestigious SAP Quality Awards 2015 for Central and Eastern Europe in the category of Innovation.

The ceremony SAP Quality Awards 2015 for Central and Eastern Europe has been held this year in Belgrade. The project “Deployment of the SAP Cloud for Customer solution” has won the third place in the category of Innovation.

The Cloud for Sales solution has been in operation since April 2015 and generated revenue in amounts of 4 mio EUR after the first three month of productive operation.

The main reasons why SIKO BATHROOMS has chosen the SAP Cloud for Customer solution were:

  • TCO on the selected solution was about 43% lower compared to other alternatives.
  • 87.5% user adoption rate.
  • The investment in SAP solution in the area of integration has brought savings of at least 20K EUR compared to the integration with other solutions.

"The deployment of SAP Cloud for Sales has shown clearly measurable benefits. Further development of this solution proved to be strategically correct. At the same time, these outcomes serve as a model for other companies that are curently in the process of considering this solution more closely. Cloud based solutions are not longer just a marketing buzzword, but they are a reality on the Czech market," says Jan Ferjo, Business Development Director at con4PAS.

SIKO BATHROOMS was founded in 1991 as a 100% Czech private company, engaged in wholesale and retail sales of a comprehensive range of bathroom fixtures and fittings. It all started with a modest store, opened in Čimelice, South Bohemia by the current CEO, Jaroslava Valova. The staff working in the store used to take their customers to the two hundred meter square warehouse, which stood at the opposite end of the village and was used for dispensing the goods.
