May 10th, 2019, SAP has released a new version of SAP Contact Center version 7 Feature Pack 14. This version addresses not only technology updates but also responds directly to customer requests via the SAP Customer Connection program.
In the SAP Customer Connection Program, customers can submit suggestions for improvement and others can vote for them. Improvements that get the most votes and are feasible are included in the new version. Thus, the FP14 includes, among other things, 7 requirements that came directly from customers around the world, including Czech Republic.
The most interesting is the extension of the integration of chat channels. Not only through its own client but also including SMS, the extension of Facebook chat and newly the WhatsApp chat integration.
From a technology point of view, the FP14 brings the support of 64bit Oracle Java 11 and TLS 1.2.
