Deployment of the SAP Service Cloud at Česká zbrojovka, the US Colt owner

Česká zbrojovka was looking for a way to support the work of service personnel in handling warranty/post-warranty service requests and dealing with queries and complaints – and thus provide better customer service. The company considered the options offered, and ultimately decided on the SAP Service Cloud solution. This cloud solution was implemented by a certified con4PAS team with in-depth knowledge of SAP solutions.

The SAP Service Cloud implementation provides a comprehensive view of the available communication channels. SAP’s intuitive overview screens combined with flexible analysis allow Česká zbrojovka to monitor the services provided and generate reports. The SAP Cloud Platform Integration solution was used for integration with the existing ERP (or SAP S/4HANA) system.

Česká zbrojovka started using this system in April 2022, today Česká zbrojovka can use the knowledge database, work more closely with its partners, increase efficiency and productivity and predict and analyse more easily possible scenarios.
