Česká zbrojovka was searching for means to support the work of service personnel in handling warranty/after-warranty service requests and in dealing with queries or complaints – and thus to provide better customer service. After considering the proposed alternative solutions, Česká zbrojovka decided on the SAP Service Cloud solution.

The SAP Service Cloud implementation brings a holistic view of all communication channels – e-mail, web, chat, phone (CTI), or social media. Its intuitive overview screens combined with real-time analytics will allow Česká zbrojovka to easily monitor the services provided and generate reports. The solution is also available on mobile devices – important information is at your fingertips anytime, anywhere. The SAP Integration Suite platform will be used to integrate with the existing ERP (respectively SAP S/4HANA) system.

It is expected that Česká zbrojovka could start using the new system at the beginning of next year. Leverage its knowledge base, cooperate more with partners, be more efficient and productive, and thanks to powerful analytical tools, more easily predict and analyze possible scenarios and steer in the right direction.
