SAP Rapid Deployment Solution (RDS)

Product knowledge from all possible angles is one of the conditions for success. We are the first and so far the only company in Central and Eastern Europe, which has obtained the certificates Rapid Deployment Solution (RDS) in the areas of customer relationship management (SAP CRM, Sinch CCtr (previously SAP CCtr)), supplier relationship management (SAP SRM), Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (SAP BRIM) and Spend Performance Management (SAP SPM).

ISO – International Organization for Standardization

The other equally important condition is to provide the customer with a comprehensive advisory services to ensure a successful project. In 2006 we obtained the ISO 9001 QMS certificate and in 2021 the ISO / IEC 27001 ISMS certificate.

ISO 9001:2016 – Quality management systems (QMS) focuses on maintaining a constant high level of the production process, and thus the stable and high quality of services and products provided to the Customers.

ISO 27001:2014 – ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS is an international standard on how to manage information security. It details requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system (ISMS) – the aim of which is to help organizations make the information assets they hold more secure.

The certificate is granted by SAP on the basis of meeting strict criteria related both to the number of certified consultants and a number of successfully implemented projects in the area.
