alfanar and con4PAS, a leading provider of business consulting and implementation services in the MENA market, recently announced their cooperation on a Sinch Contact Pro implementation project.
alfanar has set a goal to become a fully digitally enabled customer-centric company using one holistic solution. To achieve this goal alfanar has decided to expand its customer support processes with a cloud-based multi-channel contact center Sinch Contact Pro. con4PAS, based on its vast experience in SAP customer experience solutions consulting and deployment, will deploy these processes to alfanar’s existing IT landscape.
Sinch Contact Pro will be natively and seamlessly integrated, using verified deployment procedures and best practices, to alfanar’s existing SAP Service Cloud (SAP Cloud for Customer) enabling alfanar to provide better customer service while complying with its corporate strategy. After the successful implementation, alfanar’s service agents will be able to capture, manage, and respond to any inbound voice communication in real-time. As a next step to providing exceptional customer service, a further extension to the social media channel is planned.
