The Electronic Government Authority (EGA) is a provider of centralized services for ministries in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. EGA has decided to deploy solution Dynamic Process Route Package (DPR Package) developed by con4PAS for easier and faster implementation of new processes related to different life situations and applications, eg building permits.

The main benefits of Dynamic Process Route Package (DPR Package) are:

• the ability to model complex processes in a graphical form,
• make dependency creation easy,
• and reuse logical entities.

All this makes it easy and fast to model new or modify existing processes.

Ras Al Khaimah is one of seven emirates that joined to form the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The Electronic Government Authority (EGA) provides centralized services to the government departments in Ras Al Khaimah in the following areas: Technical project management, technical services management, training programs, and e-services. The EGA is also keen to develop an IT strategy for the Government of Ras Al Khaimah, and implement it in cooperation with government departments in the emirate, and to promote information security through the application of international security standards in the Government of Ras Al Khaimah Information Centre.
