• SAP Ariba Sourcing expands attachment support up to 2 GB for selected file types. The enhancement simplifies handling of large technical documents, contracts, and other sourcing-related files directly within sourcing events.
• Guided Sourcing introduces improved export capabilities for attachments and communication data. Buyers can download all event attachments in a ZIP file together with a spreadsheet containing attachment names and message content, simplifying offline review and documentation of sourcing events.
• Administrator users are able to delete external systems. In case you needed to change an external system name, type, delete or create a replacement, you had to reach out the SAP Ariba support. After deletion, the original system name can be reused.

SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing

• After the purchase requisition is submitted in the mobile app, it is replicated in the SAP S/4HANA system. While creating requisitions, buyers can also add comments and attachments only at the line-item level, which are automatically replicated in the SAP S/4HANA system. Approvers can review, approve, or reject purchase requisitions within the mobile app; the approval or rejection status is automatically updated in the SAP S/4HANA system.
