con4PAS participated as a Gold Partner and contributed to the SAP Spend Connect Innovation Day track, sharing insights from one of the largest procurement transformation projects in the Czech public sector. The spotlight was on automation, robotics, and AI implementation within the centralized procurement environment of the ČEZ Group.

In a joint presentation by Petra Terbrová (con4PAS) and Veronika Rokytová (ČEZ ICT Services), attendees were shown practical examples of how:

• process automation and robotics support more than 9,000 users within the ČEZ Group in efficiently fulfilling procurement needs,
• embedded artificial intelligence in SAP Ariba helps guide users through complex processes,
• cloud standards can be harmonized with the needs of a large organization while maintaining a user-friendly experience.

The presentation sparked significant interest thanks to its practical focus and an open look “under the hood” of a long-term project that now serves as inspiration for other organizations considering the modernization of their procurement solutions.

Our team demonstrated that innovation in procurement is not just about technology – it’s about the courage to challenge old habits, the discipline to optimize processes, and the trust that makes strong partnerships possible.
