Integration of Artificial Intelligence into Business Processes 

One of the main topics of the conference was the integration of generative artificial intelligence into business applications. SAP showcased the extension of its AI assistant Joule, which now supports multiple platforms, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Build and SAP Integration Suite. Joule enables users to perform tasks using natural language, simplifying operations and increasing productivity. 

Strategic partnerships for AI and cloud development 

Another highlight is the announcement of expanded collaboration with technology giants such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud and Nvidia. These partnerships are aimed at deeper integration of AI and cloud technologies into SAP products, enabling businesses to use AI to innovate and improve efficiency. For example, the integration of Microsoft Copilot and Joule will allow users to leverage contextual data from both platforms to streamline workflows. 

Enhancing RISE and GROW with SAP 

SAP continues to advance its cloud-first strategy through RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP. The RISE with SAP program now includes a dedicated enterprise architect to help businesses transform their ERP systems. The GROW with SAP program, targeted at SMBs, has been expanded to include additional products such as SAP Sales Cloud and Concur Expense at no additional cost. 

Focus on sustainability 

At the conference, SAP emphasized its commitment to sustainability through tools such as the SAP Sustainability Control Tower and SAP Sustainability Footprint Management. These tools help businesses track and manage their carbon footprint, which is key to meeting regulatory standards and achieving sustainability goals.
