During the weekend of 2nd–3rd August 2025, SAP upgraded all the test tenants. The production tenants will be upgraded on 16th August 2025. As usual, SAP introduced new functionalities and system enhancements. Most of them will improve current functionalities based on customer influence requests, but there are some newly added functions.

V1 V2 Transition Tools
Enhancements & Round-offs
- Readiness Check Tool (RCT)
- Readiness Check Tool is enhanced to show object wise Attachment Info.
- Helps to see how much attachment data exists in V1 and how it is distributed across different business objects to optimize effort estimate during data transfer.

- Data Transfer Tool (DTT)
- “Data Only” is now set as default in Test Data Transfer.
- New onboarded objects – Competitor Products and Territories
- Transfer History feature added to help monitor the data transfer history from V1 to V2.
- DTT extended to transfer Notes (Hypernotes) in Case and Business Partners (Accounts, Individual customers, Contacts), Product Group External ID and extension fields of Address and Sales Arrangement.

Request access to DTT by opening incident (on LOD-LE-MIG-CNS), providing V2 tenant URL to connect and migrate data from V1 to V2.
WalkMe Integration
- WalkMe Overview
- WalkMe digital adoption tool is designed to enhance customer investment in Sales and Service Cloud (C4C) with experiential learning.
- Content Flows added in the WalkMe Panel showcase C4C product capabilities in topic wise smart guided tours.
- Possibility to link WalkMe Premium to get custom content flows

- Set Opportunity status to Won when a Sales Order is added
- When a Sales Order is created or added to an Opportunity then the status is automatically set to WON
- Sales reps can process opportunities faster as Sales Order creation/assignment sets Opportunities to WON automatically

- Actions available on Quick View
- Actions are now available on Quick View of Opportunity. Sales reps can quickly perform actions on the opportunity without having to open opportunity details

- Adding of Language independent field
- Cross language issue is now resolved with language independent description field. Users till now could only view the ID of routing rule if logged in from different language than routing rule creation

- Hide Deal score for Guided Selling
- Deal Score can be hidden for Guided Selling, if score is not being used for your business needs.

- Create custom queries for Guided Selling
- Sales reps can create queries for their frequent searches so that they can quickly access opportunities they are working on.

- Administrator can now download archived tickets in xml format from Administrator > Archiving.
- Ticket – Follow-up S/4HANA Service Order Integration
- A service agent can now replicate the following objects from a ticket to S/4HANA service order:
- Product is replicated in the Reference Objects tab
- Registered Product in the Reference Objects tab
- Internal Note is replicated as note of type product description in the Notes tab
- Processor of ticket is replicated as Employee Responsible
- The iflow Create Service Request Follow Up Document in SAP S4 HANA has been updated.
- Once a S/4HANA service order is created from a service ticket, any further updates to the ticket are not replicated to S/4HANA service order.
- Product and Registered product replication from ticket to S/4HANA service order is not enabled by default and a customer incident for SAP support must be submitted to enable this replication for the tenant.
