The VonRoll Group has decided to empower its global sales organization with the SAP Cloud for Customer solution to manage their customer relationships. For the integration and support, they have chosen con4PAS as a partner.

Under the leadership of con4PAS, the leading provider of consulting services for SAP Customer Experience (CRM) solutions, focusing on business process and integration, a new strategy has been developed to improve existing and implement new business processes, as well as to provide continuous support to the VonRoll sales team.

The aim of this support project is to streamline existing processes and extend the capabilities of sales users to drive the business directly from Cloud for Customer without additional tasks in integrated systems. The development to track competitors’ products related to own products has created a great advantage for sales teams in communication with potential customers.
