SAP ČR has successfully managed the transformation from the existing SAP solutions to the central one – SAP S/4HANA system for company CETIN a.s. (Czech Telecommunications Infrastructure). con4PAS was responsible for a complete migration of procurement processes from SAP SRM to SAP S/4HANA and also for migration of existing and implementation of new workflow processes based on SAP add-on solution UNIPROCESS®.

con4PAS re-implemented P2P (procure-to-pay) and S2P (source-to-pay) processes, i.e. complete procurement processes for strategic (RFx, contract management) and operational (purchase request, order, order confirmation, delivery confirmation) procurement. SAP S/4HANA successfully replaced the previous SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) system, and the costs of HW equipment and IT infrastructure management were reduced. The modern SAP Fiori environment was deployed for operational procurement.
The re-implementation also affected electronic processes (workflows) used to be in the previous SAP solution and it was integrated with non-SAP systems. Totally were delivered more than thirty (30) workflow processes, now completely managed by the SAP S/4HANA add-on solution UNIPROCESS®.
