CCW 2024 in Berlin is behind us and we look back with pleasure on three trade fair days that were rich in insights into the future of customer interaction, innovative solutions, and trend-setting technologies.

From 27 to 29 March, the 25th International Congress Fair took place, which not only provided a comprehensive view of current trends in the field but also brought new case studies of the deployment of multichannel communication in practice. One of the key topics was Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). There were many inspirational new use cases of AI assistant agents presented at the fair. Some interesting ones include automatic call summarization (wrap-up), automatic note-taking, and feedback generation.
