With the SAP Ariba Procurement mobile app, you can:

Track & act on sourcing and contract tasks.
Get notified when a task is assigned to you or your task is acted on.
Securely browse through your organization’s catalog and submit requisitions.
Track, update, or withdraw your requisitions.
Act on approval requests.
Review requisitions, including attachments and comments.
Easily sign into the app from anywhere through single sign-on, or facial and fingerprint recognition on supported devices.

The latest released version 2.0 introduces redesigned user interface based on SAP Fiori standards, push notifications related to tasks for SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing solutions users. The SAP Ariba Procurement app alerts you when someone takes action on a request that you are involved in. It notifies you when:

You receive a request or a nudge.
Someone approves, denies, comments on, or adds or removes attachments on requests you submitted.
Someone denies a request for which you are a parallel approver.

If you are using the SAP Ariba Procurement app at the time of the notification, the notification is displayed in a pop-up window. If you are not using the app, a notification icon appears in the alert bar at the top of the screen. Users can also pin the tasks in the mobile app and complete them later in the web application.
