SAP Business Network 

• Suppliers ability to add network catalog products without setting a public price. Buyers can inquire about the price by sending you a check price request.   

• New functionality that enables buyer administrators to manage default transaction rules and supplier group transaction rules. You can download or upload the transaction rules in a spreadsheet format. This feature is useful when you want to export the transaction rules from one environment to another or to store the transaction rules for future reference.    

• Tax ID and country validation during registration process for Sourcing/SLP. The supplier data gets validated during the registration process to prevent suppliers from using an incorrect company account and responding to any event using false accounts. 

SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing 

• Ability to publish public sector event messages on the public access page by tagging the messages with the Public Q&A label. 

• The pre-award negotiation process in guided sourcing enables buyers to define the necessary terms and conditions of their sourcing requirement using a baseline contract.  

• Disable supplier invitation in Sourcing Requests in Guided Sourcing via new self-service parametr. 

• A new rule, allow participants to decline participation in events after accepting agreement, is added with the Yes and No options to the Bidding Rules section for guided sourcing event template.
